The purpose of the chapter system is to help teens get involved with community service by volunteering alongside their peers.
However daunting volunteering for the first time may seem, it's always easier with a familiar face. Thus, by organizing volunteer opportunities and events, our chapters help bring more young people out to serve their community.
Chapter leadership communicates with local nonprofits and charities to assess their volunteer needs. They forge relationships that allow for continuous teen-friendly volunteer opportunities to be made available for their peers.
A flyer containing information about the volunteer opportunity is posted to the school bulletin board. Students can sign up using the information provided, thus eliminating the normal hassle experienced by those who want to serve their communities.
From here, students seize the volunteer opportunities they are excited about! By eliminating all logistical hassles, teens can now volunteer easily and make a real impact.
