Bags of Hope

Bags of Hope is a nonprofit organization in North Carolina dedicated to helping end food insecurity for young children. Bags of Hope seeks to bring hope to the greater Charlotte area by supplying free weekend food provisions to school children who experience food insecurity.Bags of Hope packs their weekend food bags in bulk. Volunteers are needed to help pack these bags at weekly "packing parties,” in which 100-200 bags are assembled at a time, which are then donated to children in need.
