Bean's Cafe

Bean's Cafe has been serving Anchorage's homeless population since 1979, providing free meals, shelter, clothing, and essential services to those in need. The organization’s mission is to meet the basic needs of the homeless community while offering dignity and support to help individuals regain stability. Bean's Cafe values community, compassion, and the belief that everyone deserves a chance to thrive. High school students can volunteer by preparing and serving meals, organizing donations, and assisting with various tasks that help the organization fulfill its mission.
