The Boston Public Library Teen Volunteer Program aims to equip teens with valuable work skills transferable to future jobs. They focus on preparing teens for the workforce while providing customer service and interaction experience. Teens can engage in tasks such as creating book lists, shelving books, and assisting with gaming tournaments. Additionally, they can participate in workshops on resume building, job skills, and creating presentations on topics of interest.
