Friends of Homeless Animals is dedicated to rescuing and providing care for abandoned and homeless animals, ensuring they receive the medical attention, shelter, and love they need until they find their forever homes. This organization tackles the problem of animal homelessness and overpopulation by promoting spaying/neutering and responsible pet ownership. Teens can volunteer by participating in DIY pet projects, such as making no-sew pet beds and toys. These projects not only provide essential items for the animals but also offer a hands-on way for teens to engage in meaningful volunteer work.
